What are plastic pallets made of?
Our plastic pallets are made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP). These materials provide excellent durability, chemical resistance, and are 100% recyclable at end of life.
What is the load capacity of plastic pallets?
Static load capacity ranges from 2,000 lbs to 10,000 lbs depending on the model. Dynamic load capacity typically ranges from 1,000 to 5,000 lbs. Racking capacity varies by design — our rackable pallets can support up to 2,200 lbs in racking systems.
Are plastic pallets ISPM-15 compliant for export?
Yes. All plastic pallets are exempt from ISPM-15 regulations because they are non-porous and do not harbor pests. This makes them ideal for international shipping without fumigation or heat treatment certificates.
What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 units. We can accommodate smaller trial orders with a surcharge. For large volume orders, we offer competitive tiered pricing.
Can I get custom sizes and colors?
Yes, we offer OEM and custom manufacturing. You can specify dimensions, colors, logos, anti-slip surfaces, and RFID tag slots. Custom mold development typically takes 25-35 days.
How long do plastic pallets last compared to wood?
HDPE plastic pallets typically last 5-10 years or 200+ trips, compared to wood pallets that average 10-20 trips before failure. This results in significantly lower cost-per-trip despite higher upfront cost.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide free samples of standard models (customer covers shipping). Samples typically ship within 3 business days via DHL or FedEx.
What industries use your pallets?
Our pallets serve food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, logistics, manufacturing, cold chain, automotive, electronics, retail, and agriculture industries worldwide.
