WEE Pallets Introduces ISO Certified 4-Way Entry Standard Plastic Pallets

Introduction

WEE Pallets announced the launch of ISO-certified 4-way entry forklift plastic pallets made from polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). These products meet the testing criteria outlined in ASTM D1185 and align with ISO requirements for international pallet standards.

The 4-way entry design allows forklifts and pallet jacks to access the pallet from all four sides, dramatically improving efficiency during loading, unloading, and warehouse handling.

Standardization by Design

Standardizing 4-way entry pallets prevents the need for modifying lifting equipment — a common and costly problem when companies mix incompatible pallet types across their supply chain.

Each pallet type targets specific uses: drum handling, export, heavy-duty storage, and cold-chain applications.

WEE Pallets uses 100% virgin HDPE or PP materials that are fully recyclable, aiming to reduce waste and resource depletion. End-of-life pallets can be reground and remanufactured into new products — creating a closed-loop system.

For cost-sensitive applications, recycled-material pallets are also available, offering a balance of performance and price for export shipping.

Durability: 10-Year Service Life

These pallets offer a service life of approximately 10 years or 250 trips — far exceeding wood pallets which average 10–20 trips before failure. They are dimensionally stable, splinter-free, and resistant to moisture, chemicals, and pests.

Manufacturing Excellence

Production uses injection molding, blow molding, or thermoforming, depending on order quantity. WEE Pallets employs high-tech molding equipment, with a daily output of 15,000 units from its factory in Dongguan, China.
